As a fully qualified Yoga Teacher serving the Dunfermline/Fife area, I’m here with a wonderful team of Teachers to help you find yourself and realise your full potential. If you’re feeling lost or stressed, We will show you how to move forward in a mindful manner.
My Story

My love of Yoga started over 10 years ago. The more I learned the more I wanted to share. So in 2017 I decided to train as a Hatha Yoga teacher with Jyoti Yoga in Fife. I hold a 200hr Yoga International qualification in Hatha Yoga. In 2021 I completed extensive training and received my 500hr Qualification-Transformational Yoga Master with Yoga Alliance International. l am also qualified in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra'
I believe that Yoga is accessible for all and my classes are suitable for complete beginners and seasoned Yogis alike.
Whatever your level I am here to support and nurture you through your Yoga journey and to achieve your own goals.
I teach both Private & Corporate Group Classes and have taught Additional Needs classes for the Local Authority.
One to One Classes are also available where a program is specifically tailored to your individual needs, ability and goals.
In March 2024 I achieved a dream and opened my own Yoga Studio in Dunfermline where we offer many styles of Yoga

Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that combines physical postures, breathing, and meditation to promote mental and physical well-being. The word "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit word yuj, which means "to join" or "to unite".
Pilates is a low-intensity exercise that focuses on strengthening and toning your core muscles. It can also improve your flexibility, balance, and posture.
